01 / Terms & conditions

By purchasing a pass, you agree that entry is subject to ticket validity, identity checks, venue capacity, event rules, and the organiser’s right to protect the safety of guests and staff.

02 / Refund policy

Unless the organiser explicitly states otherwise, completed passes are non-refundable. Cancelled or rescheduled events are handled according to the notice sent to the purchaser.

03 / Privacy policy

Booking information is used to create and verify your pass, process payment, provide support, and operate event entry. Do not share a ticket QR or secure order link publicly.

04 / Entry rules

Bring valid ID and your ticket QR. Respect consent and personal boundaries. Security instructions must be followed. The organiser and venue may refuse entry for unsafe behaviour, prohibited items, or policy violations.
